Dr. Howard C. Cutler received his
medical degree from the University of Arizona College of
Medicine. He completed specialty training in Psychiatry
at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. He
is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
He met the Dalai Lama in 1982 while visiting India on a
research grant to study Tibetan Medicine, and has spent
many years discussing the subject of this book. Dr. Cutler
currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, where he has a private
psychiatric practice. |
